Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks

Guests are warmly welcomed with drinks as we gather together to begin this very special celebration. Please arrive on time so we can start the evening smoothly!

5:00 PM

Wedding Ceremony

Please ensure you are seated and ready as we begin the most important and magical moment of our day. We kindly ask all guests to be fully present and phones away during the ceremony.

5:30 PM

Group Photos

Join us for group photographs to capture this beautiful memory together. Our photographer will guide everyone through the shots.

6:30 PM

Guests Take Their Seats

Guests are kindly invited to make their way to their tables and settle in for the evening reception.

7:00 PM

Dinner is Served

Sit back, relax, and enjoy a wonderful dinner surrounded by your favourite people. We hope you enjoy every bite!

Cake Cutting & Champagne Toast

Raise your glasses as we cut the cake and toast to the happy couple!

Questions & Answers

We are so happy and grateful to have you with us on our most special day. We have put together this little guide to help you prepare and make the most of our celebration together. Please read through carefully and do reach out if you have any questions!

How do I RSVP?

Simply head to the RSVP section, fill in your name and let us know your attendance. It only takes a moment and it means so much to us!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 30th September. If you are unable to make it, we completely understand, but please let us know as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly. Any RSVP after this date will unfortunately be recorded as a decline as everything will have been finalised by then.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

We want to make sure every detail is taken care of for our guests, so we do need to close our list by 30th September. If we haven't heard from you by then, we will sadly have to mark you as unable to attend. Please don't let that happen, we truly want you there with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

We have planned our celebration with a very specific and intimate guest list in mind. Your invitation will clearly state who it has been extended to. If a plus one has been included for you, it will be mentioned on your invitation. We hope you understand and we are so grateful to have you there regardless!

Can I use my phone or take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask everyone to switch off their phones and cameras while we say our vows. We want everyone, including you, to be fully present in that beautiful moment with us.

Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like throughout the reception!

Where do you recommend we stay?

Our venue is the stunning Rosewood Phuket. We have arranged a special accommodation discount exclusively for our guests, book here. Next to "Special Codes & Rates", click "Add" and input YC310327.

If you are looking for other options nearby, we recommend staying in Patong, where there are plenty of wonderful hotels within easy reach of the venue, see our recommendations.

What time should we arrive?

Please join us from 4:30 PM onwards and make sure you are seated by 4:50 PM so we can begin on time. We would love to see all our favourite faces settled in before the ceremony starts!

What if I am running late?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM sharp. We recommend arriving between 4:30 – 4:40 PM so you have time to find your seat comfortably.

If you do happen to be running late, please speak to our coordinator when you arrive and they will do their best to help. If the ceremony has already begun, you may need to wait until it concludes before joining us, but we promise the reception will be worth the wait!

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

As much as we would love to welcome all of our friends’ wonderful little ones, we are only able to accommodate children from our close family. We hope you understand our decision and this won’t stop you from joining us on our special day!
